Parking
- There is no legal place for the truck to park or load at either address

What changes the final cost on short notice:
Moves booked for the same day may be priced above the standard hourly rate — currently up to about 20% more, depending on crew availability. Booking even one or two days ahead usually avoids this. We confirm the exact rate before the crew is dispatched.

Crew size and move size: more items and more stairs mean more crew hours
Access: if the truck cannot park close, carry time goes up — and so do hours
Packing: unboxed items take crew time to pack safely
