PRICING

What the cost of moving with AT Movers consists of:

💰 PRICE:

• ⏱️ Hourly rate payment for movers. Minimum of two hours required even if your move takes less than two hours. $130, $160 or $200 per hour depends on the number of movers.
• 🚚 Travel Time. Pro-rated every 30 minutes, 2 hours minimum. $150 per hour for truck! Covers travel from our parking lot to your pickup location and back after the drop-off.

🤝 DEPOSIT:

• The deposit is a part of the total price.
• ❗ IMPORTANT: The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know and we'll find another suitable day for you. We charge an additional $50 for each reschedule.

📄 ADDITIONAL FEE:

• 🔁 Rescheduling incurs a $50 fee.
• 💳 A 5% transaction fee will be applied to all credit/debit card and PayPal payments.
• 📦 Packing: For all moving operations, we give free moving blankets. However, we do not supply free additional packaging materials. You must pick whether to utilize our packaging materials or your own.
• ⚖️ We charge an additional $100 for each 120 pounds of overweight item.
  🎹 Pianos and safes: An extra $250 is required for the piano and safes.
• 🏘️ Stairs: We charge an additional $75 for each floor above the second (3rd, 4th, etc.).

Our moving rates are based on an hourly rate with. The cost varies depending on the size of the moving crew required. The hourly rate covers the movers, gas, tolls, mileage, basic insurance, and any other applicable taxes.

If your move takes less than two hours of total time, which includes travel time, we will charge a minimum of two hours for movers and minimum one hour for truck.
