What your moving price includes
The package cards above show our current hourly rates. Your written quote confirms the crew size, estimated time, and any move-specific services before you book.
Included with your package
- The movers and truck listed for your selected package
- Loading, unloading, disassembly, and assembly
- Moving blankets, protective tools, hand trucks, and dollies
- Gas, tolls, mileage, standard insurance coverage, and applicable taxes
Simple time and booking terms
- Two-hour mover minimum: your crew and truck are reserved for at least two hours, even when the move finishes sooner.
- Transparent travel time: travel is calculated in 30-minute increments from our parking lot to pickup and from drop-off back to parking. Your quote shows the applicable travel-time allowance.
- Your deposit counts: the deposit reserves your date and is credited toward the total moving price.
- Flexible rescheduling: deposits are non-refundable, but you can move your reservation to another available date for $50 per change.
Options for special move needs
- Convenient payments: credit card, debit card, and PayPal payments are available with a 5% processing charge.
- Packing choices: moving blankets are included. Bring your own additional supplies or add our packing materials to your quote.
- Heavy-item care: special handling is $100 per 120 pounds for overweight items; piano and safe handling is $250.
- Upper-floor service: floors above the second are $75 per additional floor.
